We like curry around here. I just buy the pre-made sauce, and pop it into the crock pot with some coconut milk and veggies and we're good to go. Yesterday at the store, I decided to try a different flavor. Because I'm adventurous like that. And the curry at our favorite restaurant is yellow so how could I go wrong?!
Well, I went wrong. Very wrong. One child was gasping for air as she was getting some water from the kitchen sink while the other child ran crying from the room because her lips were burning.
Major. Mom. Fail.
In the future I'll just stick to the Tikka Masala sauce. If I can ever get them to eat curry again.

Isn't curry in general hot? I would've been one of the kids running from the room gasping for air.
Hee! Oh, dear. The way you make curry in the crock pot sounds great. I'm gonna have to get details about that from you, including which yellow curry not to get.
I am NOT a curry fan of any kind!
And this is why I don't eat curry…because I am a big pansy who would run from the table screaming, pushing my kids out of the way to get to the water faster.
The curry I usually make is super yummy. Don't worry....really hard recipe coming soon. ;o)
