Post Easter Post

The majority of my children's nutrition today has come directly from the Easter Bunny. Or Grandma. I lack the strength and desire to slowly dole it out to the piece by piece over the next forty years and I figure that it's not right for me to give them this candy and then tell them they can't eat it. I mean, for the Easter Bunny to give them the candy. whatever.

So, they are eating themselves into a sugar coma that I'm really hoping happens around 8 o'clock tonight. And, hopefully, it's all gone by then and we can resume our normal eating habits....ya know, fruit snacks and peanut butter sandwiches. I'm nothing, if not health conscious.

The bad news? I'm totally and completely out of caffeine. Send help!

Go grab a Dr. Pepper (my personal preference) and guzzle it down.

Many people have chosen for many years, your way to dispose of the goodies. All out sugar all-you-can-eat blast for 24 hours and the bye bye if there is anything left. These children seem to have grown up pretty normal and still have all their teeth, so don't worry too much. By the way, I did try to find the most nutritious jelly beans and chocolate Easter eggs possible :)xoxoxo

Your two little girls are adorable on Easter! I love that people still dress up their children for holidays.

I knew I loved you, Mt Dew all the way. Diet of course.
I was the same way. I let my kids eat as much as they want on the day, and then it disappeared. Worked well, and got it over with.
