One of the classes that I attended was about finding your blogging voice. Annie Valentine of Regarding Annie was the moderator. She was more charming than Vanna White on her best day and handled the lighting issues with nary a swear word. Also, she's hilarious. But that is neither here nor there. The amazing panelists were......
Kristina from Pulsipher Predilections
Emily (a.k.a. Ink Mom) from I'm (Not) Crazy Mommy
Jenny (a.k.a. MommyJ) from Mommy Snark
Jessica from Burnthis
Annie got this particular party started by asking everyone one question: What is one word that describes what your blog is now or what you want it to be?
Since random crap is actually two words, this question left me rather perplexed.
They went on to entertain us with all of their sound, collective advice. It was all very good, but I only wrote down three things. But I'm a good sharer so here they are:
- Write the way you talk.
- Don't try to be funny if you're not funny. (I'll have to remember this one....)
- Always link and give credit where it is due. (meaning that if you use someone's quote, meme, idea, etc. give them some link love)

YOu are not clueless! And I'm glad you enjoyed our panel and actually learned something useful, other than how hot I look in a pink Snuggie.
I thought Annie was fantastic, too. And I'm so glad you enjoyed the class -- I was more than a little worried. So thanks.
So fun to meet you -- and to read you, too.
A pink BEDAZZLED Snuggie at that, Kristina.
I really liked that workshop, too.
I would have to say cluttered is one word that describes my blog...
Hence the blog title--one cluttered brain.
My brain is always traveling in 50 million different directions that is why I chose one cluttered brain. :)
I didn't go to that class. But it seems like a great class.
i was there and it was super fun! so nice meeting you!
Your blog is in a word, wonderful. I missed you when you took your hiatus. I checked backed peridically and was so glad to see you returned. You are funny!!! And I love how you keep it real.
