Seems like quite the bummer.
I really like the sound of upstairs and downstairs used in one sentence, because they both belong to you to use. By-by renters, hello family room, office, play room, spare kitchen and a really lot of space for "normal". You have definitely earned it, need it, deserve it, just hang in a little longer. 8-)
At least you have the two cutest girls every through all that mess:)
Getting ready to remodel here! Are their remodeling angels?
I will be remodeling my living room - which with my sweat equity will probably take me into next summer. Sigh... at least it will be worth it in the end, right? Please say I'm right!!
