I'm a stay at home mom to the two most adorable girls in the world and wife to my favorite computer geek. I am rapidly passing thirty and still waiting for some small amount of wisdom that is supposed to come with age. Maybe another 30 years will do it.
This week, for the first time, our little family went to see the lights on Temple Square. In order to have the "full" experience, we took the train down.

Favorite quotes from the night.....
Lolly, upon arriving at our destination, said, "Are we in South America now?" Um, not quite.
On the train ride home Babs said, "Are we in space?" Nope, not there either.
What a fun night that I am sure they won't soon forgot. I love the pictures, the girls are so cute, who notices the lights! Babs looks like a Traxx rider pro,and Lolly looks like she's just taking it all in. Great Christmas tradition!!
A womans worth is not defined by the cleanliness of her kitchen!
"We have a lot to learn about simplifying our lives. We have to decide what is important and then move along at a pace that is comfortable for us. We have to develop the maturity to stop trying to prove anything, to be what we are." Marjorie Pay Hinckley
So be sure when you step, step with care and great tact. And remember that life's a great balancing act. Dr. Suess

We've spent the last 2 Christmases at T Square as each of my oldest kids married there in the Temple. I have 2 words that sum it up: Wow! BRRRRRR!!
We need to try to get down there this Christmas!
How darling is your baby in that first picture!!?
I haven't been to Temple Square for the lights in years---despite the fact that it's only 40 minutes away. I really should do something about that.
So cute! We talked about taking the train down but were picking up my mom at the hospital on the way so we decided against it. Looks like fun!

Ha Ha Ha! We always take the "Polar Express" to see the lights too! So fun!
Christmas isn't Christmas without the Temple Square lights! Glad you were able to go!
They're so cute! When I took my friend's kids to TS one year, they were all " is that the castle?!" I think they do a better job every year!
Hope you have a blessed and very Merry Christmas! ♥ HUGS ♥
Wonderful pictures. My warmest Christmas wishes to you and your family.
