Oh my girl, that looks like a great cleaning project! Maybe that is why I've given up on the bread making thing until after this baby comes. Too messy without a yeast explosion, hehehe!!!

Francesca-Very close, it was four.
I actually made this particular batch of bread in the summer so it's was rising fast! It probably would have taken over the kitchen if it had had another hour!
