As you may or may not know/care, I've been using coupons for a few years now. I enjoy it and am fascinated by how people can buy $300 of groceries for $1. Now, I'm not that good, but I have been trying to make the most of my coupons. I'll write more about the why's and what's at a later exciting date. Today, I present my first purchase made with the coupon guru's guidance. Here are the spoils of my first war. It was more of a skirmish than a war, but I was still excited.
Now, I realize that I paid more than a dollar for this, but I was very excited. And when you realize that each package of Pull Ups costs $10.57 at Walmart, you realize how good a deal it was. Had I just gone to Walmart and bought only the Pull Ups, I would have spent more....even with the coupons. The baby wipes were only $.49! And the toilet cleaner was only $.75 each!
I just had to share. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.....

Good for you!! Coupons are great if you know how to use them. I was never very good, but once in awhile I'd get it right and it would be amazing. Keep going, now that you're at guru stage. They say the best way to make money is not spend it. CG will be proud and appreciative, I'm sure.
I too am fascinated by all the couponing. I'm too lazy.
Couponing is a lot of work (I use to do it but am on a break currently) but it can be SO rewarding!! Congrats on the great deal!
So I think we need to have a little lesson. I can't seem to figure it out. I like the idea. I just might be too dumb.
I just recently got into couponing and am loving it! Walmart will match any advertised price, so I always go through the ads and find the best prices for things, then hit Walmart with my coupons. It works wonders. :D
